After 25 years' experience of management in the public and voluntary sectors with a successful track record in setting up new organisations and leading others through times of change, I am offering my services as a consultant.
Working in a range of fields from transport to regeneration, I've shown that I'm a quick and adaptable thinker able to master varied subjects and to develop policy positions. Equally, I'm a 'doer and completer', being able to devise and implement organisational structures and introduce planning and financial procedures.
Most recently I've developed detailed knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act and its requirements, particularly in the field of transport and for public sector organisations.
At various stages in my career I used my lobbying and influencing skills both to secure funds from public sources and to shape public policy.
